Odor removal is an art with elements of science, do your due diligence on whoever you decide to hire so you don't spend money without results and spin your wheels. I am very good at what I do and I would love to be selected for your project. I am a specialist this is an area I excel in whereas other companies may be good with mold etc... but don't have nearly the level of experience in the field that I have for odor removal. It's not uncommon for customers to go with the lowest price and end up calling me because the other company failed. That being said I think my prices are fairly reasonable and by far the best value and I am extremely careful with the chemistries I use not only for the safety of my customers but also in protecting your pets, homes, and personal items from damage. Odor Remediation

Q

What’s the difference between DIY odor removal and professional odor remediation?

DIY methods often mask odors temporarily, but professional services eliminate the source of the odor using commercial-grade equipment like HEPA filters, ozone generators, and foggers. This results in a permanent solution and better indoor air quality.

Q

How do professionals remove pet urine odors from carpet and flooring?

Professionals use enzymatic cleaners that break down the uric acid crystals in pet urine. In severe cases, padding and subfloor may need to be treated or replaced. Odor-neutralizing treatments ensure the smell doesn’t return over time.

Yes. Cigarette smoke seeps into porous surfaces like drywall, carpet, and upholstery. Professional odor removal uses specialized cleaning agents, ozone treatments, and thermal fogging to neutralize smoke odors deep within these materials.

Q

How long does it take to remove pet, smoke, or mildew odors professionally?

Odor removal can take anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days, depending on the severity of the odor and the size of the affected area. Professionals will assess the situation and use the right method—such as ozone, hydroxyl generators, or thermal fogging—for quick and effective results.

Q
